McCook Economic Development Corporation (MEDC)

established a housing program through a capacity grant from the Nebraska Department of Economic Development in 2001. Currently, we are providing REACH Homebuyer Education Classes. We have a Down Payment Assistance (DPA) Housing program which is funded through grants from the Nebraska Department of Economic Development Nebraska Affordable Housing Trust Fund, HOME Funds and Nebraska Investment Finance Authority (NIFA).

Our Mission is,“To promote affordable housing and economic opportunities in Red Willow County.”
