LINCOLN, Neb.– U.S. Department of Agriculture Rural Development Housing Specialist Durene Anderson will pause housing assistance appointments in McCook until after the New Year.
McCook Office Days will resume the first Wednesday of each month on February 1, 2023, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (CST) at the Keystone Business Center, 402 Norris Ave., 3rd Floor, McCook, Nebraska 69001.

Rural Development’s Single-Family Housing programs include the 502 Direct Loan and 502 Guaranteed Loan programs, which both provide zero down payment 100 percent financing for home purchases, and the agency’s 504 Repair Program.
